Jon Sheppard, AKA Sheppy (Owner/Coach)
Jonathan (Sheppy) Sheppard has been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 10 years. Jon has been a sports enthusiast and athlete for his entire life and started sharing his knowledge and experience for free as a hobby to anyone who wanted to learn. As his client’s results began speaking for themselves, a business providing valuable services was born.
Jon is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), a Fitness Specialist (FS), an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and a Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT). Jon has won multiple strongman competitions and has competed in marathons and endurance events— but his personal goals are focused on physique, strength, and health.
Drew, AKA Drew Baby
Andrew’s sole purpose in life is to help people discover and unleash their Inner Badass. Andrew (Drew) is a Marine Corps veteran who served in 3 combat tours to Iraq. Drew helped to ensure unit readiness by making sure his team was in top physical condition. Drew also helped fellow Marines who were not within the Corps’ height/weight standards (believe it or not, not all Marines look like John Cena and The Rock) to lose weight and improve their Physical Fitness Test score.
After being discharged from the Marine Corps, Drew continued to study Exercise Science and eventually became a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Precision Nutrition Coach. Armed with academic knowledge, years of experience, and otherworldly good looks, Drew aims to unleash the Warrior that lies dormant in most!
In addition to working with Armed Forces personnel in combat readiness, Drew has helped high school athletes get college athletic scholarships; he has helped an NFL player post-injury; Drew helped a bride lose weight for her wedding; he has helped busy fathers shed the dreaded “Dad Bod”; and he’s helped an elderly nurse recover from “frozen shoulder”.
Whether you’re looking to gain strength and athleticism, or just a bigger butt, Drew will help you achieve your goals.

Josh Patrick
Josh is your classic example of a “gymaholic.” He started in high school playing both football and track, where he excelled in both sports. Josh has been training his friends and family for several years, and decided that he wants to continue to help people achieve their goals in fitness.
Josh graduated from Liberty University with his Bachelor’s in Health Science and is constantly furthering his education to be a better trainer for his clients. When Josh is not in the gym training his clients, he is either on prep for his next body-building show or out serving his country as a medic in the army.
Josh has been competing at the national level of competitive cheerleading for several years. Josh is a firm believer that ¨most people fail not because of lack of desire, but because of lack of commitment. ¨ Sometimes, all it takes is taking the first step.
